Method of Payment

 We accept PayPal, MasterCard, VISA and American Express cards as forms of payment. Our website encrypts your login and credit card information in transit.

Order Notification

Customers receive an email order acknowledgment as well as a shipping notification once the order ships. You may contact us by email at customerservice@bollyphysique.com if you have any questions about your order.

I made a mistake with my order, can I change it? 

We process orders as fast as possible so you get your order quickly. Unfortunately, because of this, any requests to change an order must be submitted before the item is processed. Once it is processed, it is with the printers and we are no longer able to edit the order.

Please reference the size charts listed on our product pages and double check your order before you click submit.

My order was marked as delivered but never arrived.

Sometimes orders are marked by the post office as delivered, but don't actually arrive until the following week day. If 24 hours goes by and your order still does not arrive, please contact customerservice@bollyphysique.com

Return Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. To submit your claim please email customerservice@bollyphysique.com

Refunds Policy
Sadly, all purchases are final, we don't offer refunds on our clothing. We only offer reshipments or refunds for orders that have been damaged, misprinted, or lost in transit.

Wrong sizes

All of our items come with a sizing chart to help you pick the correct size. If your item received does not match the listed sizing chart, please email customerservice@bollyphysique.com with the following:

1. Photo of the item with a tape measure or ruler clearly indicating the length & width of the product your received

2. List the size you ordered

3. Indicate if you have washed or dried the shirt after purchasing (all of our garments indicate on the label how they should be cared for)
