Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Sadly, all purchases are final, we don't offer refunds on our clothing. We only offer reshipments or refunds for orders that have been damaged, misprinted, or lost in transit.
All of our items come with a sizing chart to help you pick the correct size. If your item received does not match the listed sizing chart, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the following:
1. Photo of the item with a tape measure or ruler clearly indicating the length & width of the product your received
2. List the size you ordered
3. Indicate if you have washed or dried the shirt after purchasing (all of our garments indicate on the label how they should be cared for)
